I weighed my 02 SS
This is a fully optioned 02 SS T Tops A4 with Leather....
I have the following taken off
Front and rear inner bumpers
Padding off of the bottom of carpet
Spare and jack
Inner impact stuff in the front fenders
I have Convo Pro's Front tires are Reg 165 Fronts and Convo Rears and the tires are Hoosiers
I have Long Tubes and a Bullet @ the end of the Y Pipe
Stock everything else...
It weighed Without Driver 3150#'s and with C5 18's in the back it weighed 3200#'s
I thought that was pretty good really for no wallet mods other than the L/T's and wheels...

Bone stock it weighed in at 3460lbs. I've taken out the carpet padding, spare/jack, junk in glove box trunk, and dropped to 3400 w/ an empty tank and no driver. I've also put on weight though. (BMR T/A, UMI adj. PHB, Boxed LCA's, Reloc brackets) The stock **** was soooooo much lighter.

That's pretty darn good. My Camaro was 3090 car-only with some gas, 6 pt 'moly cage, no bottles, T400, 9", and major weigh reduction. I'd like to get it down to 2950 at some point.

My T/A was 3800+ after I installed my turbo. that was with the full interior, A/C, 7.5 gal water to air intercooler,full 4" exhaust all the way out the back and only a few things removed here and there.
Now I have removed the A/C, air bags, everything under the dash, all padding under the carpet, 90% of the exhaust and a lot of extra wiring that was not needed. The car still is 3550lbs.
Keep in mind that my car has a 9", th400 and w2a cooler is like 100lbs
I would kill to get it to 3200lbs and I still have a 12pt cage to put in.

My car is a 1SC Stripper Z28 hardtop with cloth seats. I assume it is the lightest Fourth Gen F-Body. It’s original empty weight was approximately 3300 pounds. It now weighs 3155 with longtube headers, 4 Convo Pros and an Odyssey lightweight battery. The only weight increase is a Moser 12-bolt. I have removed: Spare, Jack, A/C, AIR, front bumper, front swaybar, rear seat, and rear and mid speakers. I still have the carpet padding and rear bumper but am surprised to learn your car is as light as mine.
