Default LG Motorsports 402 + Vengeance Ported 92mm FAST = 507 rwhp 500 rwtq first pull !!!

Finally I can post some results

First Pull (bench tune) lots of tweaking to be done, and still need to add the Rev Xtreme 95mm TB when it arrives. 507 rwhp 500 rwtq !!!!!!!!!!!!

Setup is as follows

LS2 based aluminum 402
-12cc Mahle Pistsons
Compstar Rods
Callies crank
AFR 205 59cc heads
G6x3 cam
Ported 92mm Fast Intake (Courtesy of RON at VENGEANCE RACING)
90mm ls2 tb (Soon to be replaced by a 95mm TB from REV Xtreme)
*Thanks for the help Tracy !!!!!!!!!!
42# injectors
LG PRO Longtubes NO CATS off road X pipe
LG Big 3 cat back
Meziere EWP
ASP UD Pully
VaraRam CAI w/ K&N filter
Exedy Twin Plate clutch
Carbon Fiber Drive shaft
DTE stg III rear 3.42 gears with bracket

Considering how this car ran with the monster 346 in it, I can't wait to see how she runs now with at least 17 more rwhp and 55 more RWTQ !! Car should be a beast.

EDIT after tb swap and tuning the new motor made 27.3 rwhp 68.8 rwtq more then the 346, but the area under the curve is where the difference in motors will be noticed most.

Kickass Doug! With the small cross section area of the 205s, the high airspeed must give some phenomenal throttle response. Your torque number is especially impressive. Major props to LG for dialing in your combo. Look forward to future numbers after you add some more squirrel mods.

Thanks to everyone for all the positive responses. Glad to see people like Pat G and Slowhawk chiming in. Again thanks to everyone, and especially to Louis Gigliotti and everyone at LG Motorsports that put up with all my whining while I was waiting for the build to be done. LOL....... Thanks Louis, your dad taught you well, and you getting better at this stuff every year. Going to have to talk about the next project when I have money again. LOL.

-12cc pistons gm mls .054 and 59cc heads that had a cleanup pass. I was told SCR was 11.4 to 1. Were you assuming .040 cometics ?? Not second guessing anyone, because I always seem to screwup the DCR calculations when I do them. LOL. Just wondering how you got 12 to 1 Slowhawk...

Had to edit my bad memory on the dish.

Need the specs to the build but can make a guess...

W/ just 2cc dish and 59cc heads and .054 gasket...that is a SCR of approx. 12.5:1

Is the 2cc just valve relief? DCR is around 9.2:1

To get 11.4 you need a dish of 10 to 12cc depending on other things.

By my math and 346ci would be 11.4-1. A 402ci would be higher than 12-1 which is very doable for a street car.Makes a very nice average power.
