Unhappy Help!

Ok so I dynoed my car today for the first time and I want to cry. Something is very wrong. Here are the dyno results for the car. They are uncorrected numbers. Here is what I have for mods. 99 T/A with LS1, 6sp, Jet hot L/Ts, SLP LM2, Whisper Lid w/ K&N, Spec stage 3 clutch, 4.10 gears in stock rear end, and a hypertech PP3. WTF is wrong here. I have had my o2 sensors throwing a code for a little while now but I was honestly expecting about 100 more hp than I got. I flashed the PCM right before the dyno to get rid of the check engine light but there has to be something more going on here. Any help, advice or suggestions?

It seems like the dyno conditions were wrong, i've never seen numbers that low on an LS1.

I dont think the dyno was messed up I think it is actually my car. It has felt very sluggish lately and I think the PCM tuning has something to do with it. Has anyone ever had issues with retarded timing or something because of bad o2 sensors and check engine lights? I was hoping for like a hundred more HP than I got and it just seems like somethings broken. I forgot to mention I am also a mile high but it still shouldnt be that bad right? Also I was thinking that my headers are not fully seated against the block because of stripped header bolts. Would that make a difference? Any ideas?

you sure it was calibrated right. Someone i know has a 03 VR6 GTI with exhaust and he took it to get dyno'd and at first he put down 390whp. After the guy calibrated it right he got 183whp. I would check to make sure.

I'm pretty sure. There was an LS6 ZO6 there that put down 360. I think there is something going on with the car because it feels sluggish. Any ideas?

if you're getting air in between the headers and block that can't be good for air/fuel but i also thought at wot it didn't matter what the sensors read...

but you have a problem somewhere

what are your corrected numbers? Wouldn't the corrected numbers be higher because you are a "mile" high? I remember driving up north in Maine on some mountains to go snowboarding and my truck was **** slow up there.

Corrected numbers are between 211 and 257hp peaking anywhere from 4200 to 5500 rpm. its really weird. Tq was consistent at 325 corrected though

Is the car missing, do you have it tuned if so what type of tune and who tuned it, when was the last time you checked plugs and wires, also check your MAF connections, how many miles make sure everything under your hood and emissions related items are all connected properly

I've heard that hypertech PP3's are junk.
The instructions say not to use their tune with anything
past intake & cat-back. Anything past that you need a tune.
If you are running headers with the HPP3 tune it may be
screwing your car up.

Even though the programmer may be affecting your numbers
they shouldn't that much. If it were me I would take my car
to a good tuner & ask them to find out if the dyno was off
or if there was something wrong with the car.
If the dyno was off, I would go & get my money back.

OK here goes. It is a 99 LS1 and I haven't done the plugs and wires in about a year and a half but I spent last year in Iraq so its been maybe 10,000 miles with them in there. As far as all of the connections, I'm not sure but I dont think there are any loose. I have HPTuners on the way and I hope to start going through some of the numbers to see whats up. I have cats, but have been throwing a code off and on. I had autozone pull the code and they said it could either be a vacuum problem or an o2 sensor problem. I'm planning on taking it to a good tuner to have them take a look at it. I'm just wondering WTF could be causeing this without completely tanking the motor.

I took my turbo Civic there in Jan and the day I got it back from the shop, 6 hours later it was stolen outta my driveway, stripped and dumped in the South Valley. I'm a little hesitant to take another car there
