I'd have to agree with that, what are the specs on that cam?

The numbers are not low but not the greatest either your exhaust setup is killing you.
Is SW Headers 1.3/4??

4.10 are taking some power too also LS7 Clutch is heavy.

CONGRATS.

Venom, I completly agree with u on the exhaust killing the power. It is a temp soloution to get the car on the road. I'm going to a 3" with X-pipe and duals this spring and then going to retune with that. This motor is in a third gen TA and drive by wire so the exhaust was low on the list of things. Thanks for al the replys. I chose the cam for its excellent street manners and good torque curve. I love this setup. Trickflow did there homework on this heads/cam upgrade

Exhaust is killing you but other then that looks cool man. I'd really like to know the specs on that cam. Are you at liberty to post them?

Hey bro, if you want bigger numbers you are going to need a little more cam. Something in the mid to upper 230's with lifts that match those heads. How about 234/238 .623/.623 113+3 ?

I'm pretty content for now but maybe next year ill go bigger on the cam and see what happens. I'm thinking I could get around 490hp with a cam that size but lose some of the great street manners it has.I'm looking forward to seeing the trap speed. I'm looking to acheive 120mph or so as my goal

With the right tuner you won't have to sacrifice any street manners. My 402 is mild enough (until you nail the gas) to let your Grandmother drive it.

Ill install the new 3" exhaust and X pipe and see what it does. If it gets to 485hp or so then I will leave it as is. Im not excited about changing another cam at this point. This car is alot of fun to drive now! The TFS 225's were the best upgrade Ive done to this car hands down!

I wouldn't sweat dyno numbers on this combo. I have a friend that was running this combo on a Trailblazer SS 2wd. Last year in some nice cold weather at Atco, he ran some 11.70's with it on a 3600 stalled auto. If he ran that et with over 4500 lbs, then you should really pull some good times with your lighter weight. Dyno numbers aren't everything, he dynoed around 450 at the wheels. Just a thought

Awesome numbers, I bet that car idles and drives great! I don't think 120 mph will be a problem at all unless your track is at high elevation.

Nice, but I did the same hp you did on a 346ci w/afr 205 heads. However, you did kill me on tq. My ls1 made 463.9hp 414.5tq. My 3,600lbs t.a ran 11.1@123-124mph w/m6 trans. nice numbers and the car should haul ***. congrats.
