Default Warning!: Contains low dyno results

Ok guys i have a 01 m6 z28 with longtube pacesetters, slp lid, a piece of crap ported maf (cracked), ls6 intake ,241 heads, smooth bellow, 323 gears with (no tune), ngk tr55 plugs and msd wires ..

I went to g force and mike said my maf was probably the reason .. Anyone else could throw some reasons .. i had a oil change about 1600 miles ago and sparks about 2 months ago..

also i just went to a junk yard and got a 99 corvette maf that doesnt seem to want to go into my slp lid.. should i try harder or return it ?

A bad/dirty MAF can make your car feel like its 30 years old. Mine would cut out real bad and not idle very well. Unplug it and see how it runs. Now that I look at the MAF you need to trash that thing and get a stock one!!

My car made 355/370 with bolt ons and when the MAF went out I was getting pulled by a stock TA with a cat back. Unplugged the MAF and raped him. If you look at the graph down low the numbers are about par then up top something is happening. My $$ is with the MAF like they said.

Just take the car for a spin tonight. After driving for about 10 mins pull over and unplug the MAF. See if it doesn't run a lot better

What was the a/f on those two runs? Could be MAF. Also kind of looks like ignition/spark problem. Cracked plug or loose/bad wire.

I have a vette maf I had to smooth out the inside of my slp lid to make it fit. And wd40 to slide in better ha. Also your torque looks correct and the peak horsepower looks like it peaks about 400-500 rpm early...

Tuner could have put it in speed density for a few pulls to confirm.

He doesn't have a tuner, but they weren't logging AFR so it still might not have answer any questions.

I agree with most everyone else to just unplug the MAF and see if it runs any better.

I also just dynoed my car with a cracked spark plug and lost about 70rwhp. And the car really didn't run that bad.

Why would anyone dyno a car and not chart the A/F? How do thy know if it's too lean? You NEED to know if it's too lean so you can get out of the throttle if it is.

That thing peaks at 5K and then nose dives. It's possible it's dangerously lean. That or bad valve springs, or severe knock retard.

it was 75 for just 3 dyno pulls but when the car is cold i hear a slight knock but it doesnt sound like a spun bearing it sounds more like a valve but when its warm it goes away
