Default '02 Z28 M6 w/ lid and catback = 290whp????

so like the title suggests, I dyno'd my car this morning and was very diasappointed. pulled 290whp 311tq. its hot and humid out, but still should be higher IMO.

anyone else pull crappy #s like this? I just put in new TR6 plugs gapped to ~.038 because I have a nitrous system. What might cause this? maybe wires? clogged cats? any suggestions?

car only has 38K miles on it and feels like it running fine.

Was it on a mustang dyno or a dynojet? I always read on this site that mustang dynos read lower than dynojets.

Put a new fuel filter, get plug wires (MSD), change all fluids, and get it tuned, could have had bad factory tune.

Off topic: How's 2.73 has anything to do w/ robbing horsepower?

apparently I was running lean.

A/F was ~13:1 at 3K rpm and as I revved it up it steadily decreased to ~12.6:1 at 6K rpm

I'm replacing the fuel filter tomorrow and probably gonna seafoam it too.

Thats not lean. What was the actual temp and humidity outside? Were those SAE or STD numbers?

probably the dyno. my car with just a lid, dynoed 296/306rwtq, but everyone that day was down about 15 or so. I added a cutout and the dyno numbers are in the sig and i know its fairly accurate because of my trap.

I'll disagree. I had my 02 dyno'd with Lid and SLP DD, she did 319/336. This was with TR6s.
