H/C Stall dyno...A little dissapointed
Built A4
Vig3600
3.73
224
PRC 2.5 5.3
The car made 373/338. I was hoping for closer to 400 but I guess it will do. Im going to the track on Wednesday to do some NA and nitrous runs. Thanks to Brian (pcmforless) for tuning it up. Awsome guy to deal with.

that seems right to me. I use to have in the gto auto with 3200 stall and a 224 thunderracing cam with some ls2 243 ported heads and a cold air intake and some headers I was around 380rwhp and 346 troque. so you having a bigger stall seems right. You need better heads/a bigger cam to get over 400+

Although... I can say that my car stumped him!
My tranny is set to shift at 7100 but shifts at 6300. Any ideas why? I want it to shift at 6300, but i has to be at 7100 to shift there.

The torque is very low IMO.
I am guessing you were not at full weight, cause thats really fast for that power...

I was hoping my car dyno'd more too. Being cam only, with an ls6 intake.

my car made 374 rwhp and 348 tq cam only, and i went 11.53 @ 118.8 in good weather, with a 1.64 60 foot. I also lifted at the end of that run, and my 2-3 shift was hittin the limiter pretty hard, probably couldhave gone a 11.45 at 119.1 had everything been right. So 373 hp can do the trick.

It was on a dynojet. Here is another thing. A truck that had a ls6 swap in it made about 350-360 with just headers, exhaust, and intake. Stock internals. So I only made about 15-20 more that a pretty much stock ls6. He had an automatic also.

last year when he made 380 on another dyno, he trapped 112 in GOOD weather, with a possibly, slipping transmission. a few weeks ago with a built A4, he trapped 108 and found his tune was off and his transmission was way out of tune. Brian from PCMforLess, got his tune where it needed to be and fix his shifts points and ended up with 373rwhp. We'll see what she does next wednesday at the track.

Not sure on the converter in the truck. He did locked and unlocked dyno runs and there was only about 7hp different, on my car. I would think I would make more than 20hp over a pretty much stock A4 LS6. He also had a truck manifold on there. Not sure if they flow better than a LS6 manifold or not.
