Each year that show gets smaller and each year you see more of the custom cars for the 50's, 60's and imports. I used to go every year (lived on the other side of the fence through the parking lot) and it's not what it used to be. I dont even think it's worth the 15.00.
One thing to do if you drink is find the lemonade stands. They make this drink...fresh lemons squeezed, a **** ton of vodka and a little ice. They dont have a harsh alcohol taste, actually really easy to drink and after two of those that car show is the best in the world!

Say Hi to Hannible! LT1MCSS on here. He's got a real sharp Monte Carlo, thats like a blueish color, parked inbetween a corvette, and a red gen1 Lightning. Other than that, not overly impressed with the show.

Thanks for the guys that came in and said hi. The show was ok but everyone I had talked to I knew said the show was a lot smaller and it was. The parts/tools area was moved in the far back by the west entrance. The area where the swap meet would be was empty. If it wasn't for moving the swap meet and superior sounds giant truck and boat the back room would have been empty too.
Basically it was just the 2 big rooms. I did end up getting best in my class. there were five of us all together. 3rd gen f0body, one fox body mustang, and mine. I also got best overall rising star away. I was really surprised at that since a lot of these tuner cars are really done up. Once they made it past best engine and best interior i said no way lol.
One of these days I will find out why it makes sense to have a car show in Boston in January though.
On a side note the guy Mike at G/J that got my car in and out this year did a great job. He even came and got me after he was off work. I got a kick out of the fact that the new truck was a Hino which if you look it up is basically a Toyota.
