Default Anyone with a spring compressor?

I'm trying to install my springs but none of my mechanic buddies seem to have one. I could even throw some money to borrow it. Would only need it for a few hours to a day depending on the problems I encounter. I'm in montgomery county so I'd prefer if you were close by.

ok..i have a valve spring tool but not a strut spring one...sorry. your best bet, and what i would do, would be to take both your struts out and take them to like a pepboys or something...they'll knock it out for you and you dont have to worry about killing yourself with those portable clamps which arent very safe. good luck though.

if you have an autozone around you they have a free loan-a-tool program. you pay the full price as a deposit and get it all back when you return the tool. they should have the spring compressors cuz ive rented them before.

You can always try harbor freight if you have one of those near you.
