Detailing my car and find on the front someone hit it... Couldn't only happened two places the shop I went to for the exhaust or someone at my work hit it. No paint marks just spider cracks on it. No dents but u can tell it went in nice cause the bumper under the light covers is scrapped up like it went up and hit it. Just repainted it maybe a year ago too

Have two days off to get some more work done to my car. So decided to make ready some stuff for future plans.

Made a trap door to the fuel pump cause no way I'm dropping the rear ever again lol.

Drew it out how I wanted it

Cut it out. Took like 10 cutting disks on the dremel

And the finished product. Not digging barrel bolt but all they had at the hardware store. Mostlikely I'm goi g to put weather seal around the edges so air dont come in.

Now time for a pizza run. Next up installing my wideband.

For my wideband installed used the tcs fuse location to power the wideband and the ground on the fender. It opens up a whole new way of tuning now. Car is feeling better just by adjusting stuff that I see is wrong now.

Drove it to work running autove:p

All right new year and a new project. Was throwing back and forth if I should buy a new motor and then theblower or go blower til motor goes. Finally decided just put a blower on it and see how she goes. So I called up brute speed and ordered their procharger kit with a f1a blower just to be future proof. After tax return going to order a complete fuel system to support up to atleast 1200 hp. Going to run low psi hoping for 450rwhp for now

Hoping winter ends soon so I can start building lol.

I know... I'm already making plans for it, hence the ID1000s.

Ya for only $500 more figured might as well.

Now if it would just warm up so I can start installing it

Got any tips for me when installing it?

you may need to notch the lower radiator support so the intake hat will clear. do yourself a favor and buy the truck intake if you dont allready have one, it makes things alot easier. the rest of the install (or swap in this case) is straight forward.

edit: didnt see if you had all the brackets etc. and pipes for the intercooler?
invest in a Aster bracket....dont waste your time with anything else. i know its pricey but you'll need it unless you want to deal with belt slippage.
ebay intercooler pipes work well and are cheap.

I got the twin 4.5 inter cooler kit. Didn't want to lose my fog lights.

truck intake: bob sells them. its thin enough that it will fit between the charger and the radiator assembly. with the F1a you lose a little space that you would normally have with a D1sc. there is a mushroom shaped mesh aluminum hat that you could get aswell but since the charger sits down low, the threat of water when it rains is highly increased. the truck intake puts the filter right behind the foglamp assembly and is virtually protected from water. (k&n also offers a water proof bag for filters which would be added protection which i purchased aswell for my set up)

twin intercoolers: you can, but i wouldnt use the twin intercoolers...especially with a F1. they dont flow enough air and your IAT's will get super high...there are front mount kits available that would allow you to retain your fog lamps. run a search in the Forced induction section. there are guys that make their own aswell, may be able to get some ideas.

one other way twins may work is if you plan on running e85 and some meth. will work but again, efficiency will suffer.

Not really worrying about the intecooler cause will only be running 8or so psi. I doubt ill ever push this blower to its max to be honest but it's nice to have room if I change my mind sort of thing.

Truck inlet Ill have to look into. Got water into my turboed car once and that sucked trying to clean up.
