+1 for the colorado, i'm looking for another daily driver as well. another car would be pointless, i have no need for a full size truck so an S10 /Sonoma would be perfect for me, good on gas and has a bed if i do wanna haul stuff.

Anyday it's not raining...ZX6R 44mpg on a bad tank.

Days that i need a cage...98 s10. pig slow 2.2 with an auto...was a good deal couldn't pass up. But def never again doing a 4 cyl with an auto terrible combination also it's an ext cab. Just got 25.4mpg this weekend with the bike in the bed. Was the best tank to this date...normally average 19-20 all around. Absolutely blows in the winter unless i add 400lbs to the bed. 17" summer tires don't help either.

Both of my cars are my daily drivers, but if I had to pick just one it would likely be the Z28.

For 10-15K there are alot of nice choices as long as you are not set on something very new (2008+)

Lately I've been using the E55 and my wife the ML500 but we switch them around to suit our needs cause I tow and haul stuff with the ML, neither are very good on gas but thats not important to me as they have both been super reliable and a pleasure to make long trips with. I've had the E over 4 years and am in the process of replacing it, I only hope the next AMG will be as reliable as this one was.

I. Got a 96 Subaru legacy with the 2.5 engine. Got it for 2400 and probably put that much into it to get it running right but it's running great and shouldn't have problems for a long time

I just got rid of my truck and brough a 2000 ford focus for my dd to go back and forth to work. Gets like 32mpg. For the the winter I have a 96 jeep grand Cherokee limited. Next time around I think I'll unload those and buy a newer dodge2500 cummins ccsb that way I have something that suit me for whatever I need. Decent fuel mileage, haul stuff, put the kid in the back. The new subru legacy GT are nice tho!

02 trailblazer for the winter.. 210k miles and still going for now, knocks like hell but i drive it cross country and it just wont give up

would like to get back to a chrysler 300m or concorde had a couple of them and they get unbelievable mileage for the size/power of the cars. my last trip to tucson, AZ and back was getting 29mpg in the 300m
