Look up your emissions laws. If Pa. does a visual for cats you will fail if the tech looks....

You gotta have the rear o2's tuned out and find a shop that will pass it with no cats. I have been running the same setup for years in PA and never once had a problem.

adams county doesnt have emissions,not enough people live in adams county to make it mandatory.,i dont have one piece of emissions equipment on my car.

depends on what county your in and what regulations that county has. If its just a fuel cap test area you wont pass the visual(no cats). If its and OBD2 area you will fail for not having rear o2 sensors, im not sure if o2 sims would trick the machine or not.

its allegheny county, im not sure if its visual or not but i will find out soon enough, i also got a question, do cats drain any hp at all?

PA law says ALL cars must have all factory emission equipment and pass a visual inspection done during the regular anual state Inspection. The equpment doesn't have to work in all counties but it must be there.

Or drive it less than 5K a year and emissions don't apply. But that's hardly the case for most.

I went with an OBX LT and Y pipe set up. Id check it out, in the y pipe where cats are, there are resonators that look exactly like cats.

Yes but cars that are in Emissions counties are not required to have the Visual inspection of emission components for Saftey inspection.

Cars in non Emission counties require they be check for Saftey inspection
