Default Car is Home!

After not having my car for a few months, I am glad I kept it and did not sell it out of frustration.
Hopefully it will be home tomorrow afternoon with a little stronger motor, 408.

Thanks Dan.
Yeah it sucked not having the car this summer, but it was worth the wait. I just got home with the car from RPM, it was a long day. I think the car made good numbers...498rwhp 460tq. and thats through an auto, 4000 stall, and 9'' rear.
Now I need to clean the car up and drive it some before winter gets here.

Thanks Bret;

The #7 piston took a dump on me, so this is the result. It really sucked that it happened and the wife was really thrilled about it also. My savings account is pissed off to, but I guess thats why we work.....

I hear ya man - that's why I don't have a car anymore LOL! Got a son that'll be here in 2 weeks, and my daughter turns 2 in Nov - that's more than enough to drain a single income household in this area... I miss racing, but my family is priceless and doesn't compare. One day, maybe my daughter will be in a jr dragster - she loves racecars already - guess it is in the genes...

Glad to see you takin it all in stride and keeping the car perfect as always - one of the cleanest I've ever seen! Take care!
