Sticky gas pedal

Sticky gas pedal
In very cold weather my gas pedal is sticky. Usally I can press the gas and the rpms will just go up 100 rpm because the way I press the gas pedal is so fluid. Now it's notchy. Like I have to press the pedal a little harder, almost like the cable is stuck or something and the rpm's climb higher and faster because I need to press harder than normal to get the rpms to move.
Once I get past that "notch" it's fine but it's a little annoying. Any ideas?

Yea and I could sport my **** in speed-o's and a wife beater outside in front of the methadone clinic and tell everyone I’ve got a piñata with alcohol swabs and clean synergies but it’s 10.00 to get into the party.
Always a chance the car would be sold. I'm going to try and save up 5% then get into a condo and get myself a little 4 cycl car and save the Camaro. Civics get something like 34 city 38 highway mpg.

I still say it's TB bypass. Don, have Joe bring his car over, put it your garage (heat) & check the adjustment theory J/K-Fred
