i wanted a zx-12 but when they switched to the 14 i changed my mind, i like the front of it its very long and i think its ugly, the busa looks much better, im sure it goes good but when i was looking at it .its just not something i could look at and enjoy to pay for for 5 or 6 years. i ended up with a 06 r1 and deffinatly do not regret my decision. but to each is own. the zx 10 is awsome but it was a bit un comfy for me.

ugly but fast the 06 R1 is a sweet machine but lacks midrange i have a 99R1-great ride but only makes 140rwhp

nothing v stacks and headers cant fix i have leo vince slip ons and removed the cat, and geared it down -1 +2. and put a pclll usb it goes great it deffinatly lacks some mid but the top end rush is awsome and the bike is smooth as silk and once the v stacks are in it sould be perfect. you can always make a bike quicker but not prettier....

Once mine hit 8K it's all business. 8-13.8K is scary fast. I went to a 16 tooth front sprocket from the 17, removed the cat, installed race baffles, remapped it, installed speedo-healer, factory pro velocity stacks, BMC race filter, iridium plugs, metzler M1 tires, power commander, ect.. All i got to say is who see's mid-range, this thing tach's so quick it scares the **** out of me,lol.-Fred
