Default Call me a nut.....

I'm going to look at a 06 GTO tonight...I know I said I wanted a F-car but after driving it for a month there is no comparision, the GTO blows it away...If I wouldve paid attention I couldve traded my 04 GTO and got 0% but I didnt know that was going on until this week..

This GTO I'm looking at is Blue/black and is an A4 with 18's..Miles are 4,100 and pricing is 26K +TTL,If they give me 19K for my hawk I'm making the deal tonight...

I borrowed my buddies 06' GTO for a day and wasnt happy with it at all. The shifter was spongey, no traction, Wheel hop like a ****. The interior was nice. And it kinda looks like a grand prix. IDK I'd rather have an F-Body. Just my opinion.

Keep the Firehawk - it will hold it's value more then the GTO.

99Andrew I hope your right on the Firehawk holding its value. I looked up the value of my formula yesterday and it about made me sick on the trade in value. $5600 in mint condition.

Tough decision... I say go with the newer more comfortable one! Sure it's heavier and slightly slower at first but well worth it!

Best all around thing would be to keep both, but in a lot of cases having two sports cars isn't always worth it! One always sits more than the other. I want another Trans Am myself but to have two money pits... just wouldn't be good for me.... although I would be one happy *****!!

Good luck on your decision JS.. btw- there was an '06 at the dyno day Sunday, A4 put down 319rwhp/323rwtq or something like that.. Bone stock! An M6 will make about 335-345rwhp right off the dealers' lot. Not that you didn't already know that but it's just another piece of mind! A Procharger really wakes up the LS2 as well...
