Gas prices dropping?
Just curious if you guys have noticed gas prices starting to drop yet? I paid $4.03 for premium 93 octane today in South Jersey. That's the lowest I've seen so far.

they are here where i live too,,,from what i have heard (hersey) is that our Fed gov stepped in, finally. Bush, who is nothing but oil from $, wasnt quite making the steps needed to help out the situation. I have no idea if theres any truth to that, but it would'nt surprise me any if it was true. form what i understand, we should be back to 3 bux by the end of summer (reg gas)

About time. I got gas in Jersey near Englishtown Saturday night for 3.87 for regular, had to pay cash though.
There's a station by my house that if I pay cash it's 3.96, that's pretty cheap for CT.
Read that precious line, 3.96, pretty cheap. That is EXACTLY what the oil companies want us to think, " oh look under 4 bucks a gallon that's great"
Now let's see it get back under 2 bucks a gallon, then we can be happy

Yes they were dropping...up until today when Crude oil prices jumped almost $5.00/barrel again today LOL.
I too paid only $4.03 per gallon for BP Amoco 93 the other day and I was actually happy about it LOL.

some guys at work were talking about oil dropiing to somewhere around 60 a barrel. i dont think they would drop it that low even if they had unlimited oil reserves. i think this is just a temporary "lets get everyone excited on a little drop" strategy. lets be honest, i hope im totally wrong but i really think gas will be around double what it is now eventually.
