Default Love bug season over?

Noticed today that outside my office I have not seen one flying ******. Which there are normally thousands!

Same in your area?

I hope so!

Is there really a season for them? Seems to me they thin out and then re-up before you know it. And one of the previous owners did not care about the paint as much as I do. I spend 3 hours on Friday or Saturday cleaning my car and about an hour every other day to get them off.

Sucks but I love my car!

spray PAM on the front and they wipe right off.
Just be careful you dont run over any dogs that are trying to lick it off.
I used another product on my company van called bug bloc

PAM is a horrible idea. It can ruin the paint. I've detailed many cars over the years who tried that.
They have a "season" yes; but it's different in all areas. Rain will kill them...but then they stir right back up.

Yea, you have to. At least get the bugs off daily, they will ruin the paint in NO time. Esp. if the car is sitting in the sun. Sometimes if the finish isn't too good, they can eat throu the paint in a day after sitting in the sun. If you get them off daily all you really have to do is get some water and a towel. Keep the bumpers, mirrors, etc. waxed good and you'll be fine. Just do NOT let them sit on there.

Damn, my paints prolly already fooked. I drive more than 60 miles a day and I really dont have time during the work week to get them all off. Im going to clean the **** out of it today... Hopefully its not too bad...

Orlando guys: How the weather been? Im still contemplating going to Universal but I really dont want to go if its raining the whole time

It's fl man. It could be a 100% chance of rain. And it will turn out to be the most beautiful day, And so on. Last week was a really nice week. But they say this week is suppose to have some bad afternoon showers. But again it's all a guessing game
