Here the list of mods that I am doing:

Roller rockers
Dual valve springs
Apr head bolts
Heads deck and clean
New carpet

New truck alternator 145amp
New A/c compressor and other stuff

I will update with pics soon.

Thanks for lookin.

I love your new seats.

Why the 145amp truck alternator. The pulley wasn't working good??

The pulley would probably work but with more amps it would fix my problems I have been having. Next time I'll take pics of it. The truck alt. Is huge compared to the stock one.

The alternator is out of a 04 escalaed 6.0 there is 2 types of alternators 106 amp and 145 amp. If u go to any auto part store just get the 145 amp. It does fit in the stock location. All u have to do is remove the bracket on the back of the stock alternator were it bolts to the block. It's a lot easier to get to the plug. Also it's a lot bigger then stock alternator lol. But when I get back there on Friday I'll take pics if the cars on the lift.

So there is less mounting points if you remove that rear bracket? Do you know of any problems running that with less bolts? Don't need to break the ears off the block or any more problems.

Yup there's only 2 mounting points on the truck alternator and there's no problems with the way it mounts. I haven't test it yet waiting on parts to finish the motor. The reason I did the truck alternator is my battery is mounted in the back and when I did the underdrive pulley I was getting really bad voltage drop. I was going to do a pulley but I wanted to try the alternator first.
