Hey guys, I'm turning 17 in a couple of days and My problem is that i just don't have many friends with ls1's (lol) So I was wondering if there were some clubs or meets that anybody knew about where i could go and talk and learn from real people instead of just talking online. Thanks!

There is a meet on John young and town center Saturday nights, it’s a mix of cars but there are some F body’s out there.

Classic Camaro of Central Florida (www.cccfonline.com) open to all Generations of Fbodies we meet every 3rd Saturday of the month over at David Maus Chevrolet in Sanford and we cruise over to Downtown Winter Garden cruise each month. We have lot's of 4th Gen Camaro owners and 3-4 also own Firebirds.

a few of us[cobra's, mustangs, lsx cars] meet up monday nights at the old albertsons parking lot@ redbug and 434 around 945-10 and hang out for awhile.. then go to jeremiahs or something.

I forgot about this thread lol. Thanks guys, this is great. I'm not sure on when I'll be able to make it to these meets because I have a set of hooker headers coming soon and it'll be under construction for a weekend or more. I just got my stage 8 header locks today, but I haven't gotten an email from hooker yet on when the headers will be here. Also, I'll be putting on a 3" exhaust off of a camaro SS with an electric cut out while I have the car on stands. I just now finished polishing it. I'll try and make it to some meets soon though. Thanks guys!

I wish I would have read this before.. Damn.
lol. Well it took me two days but the headers are in! Also I got rid of my 2 1/2 inch flow masters. They were too loud before the headers, and after it would just be far too loud. Now I have the exhaust off a camaro SS that I polished. I could really feel a power gain, and it sounds so much better!

I know where the Buf wings is. Is it a club or just a round up of mixed cars?

We been doing the meet here in clermont since 2005 but recently moved to buffalo's when it opened. I guess you could consider it sort of a club but its open to everyone. We been getting 20-30 cars a week. Its a good mix of mustangs, f and Y body cars and a few imports mixed in.....no ricers though. Its every tuesday night starting around 8;30 and starts to pack out around 9 or so.

We have a meet tomorrow night, ill be there around 8;30 or so, I have the only purple camaro there

Haha it's all good. Once you do it a couple times you can get a lt install down to about 4-5 hrs including removing old manis/cats/exhaust

Every Wed night at the Sonic Drive-in in Oviedo, Mid-Florida Cruisers has a cruise in from 5-9. Food discounts, music, and a lot of great cars and cool people. I'll be there tomorrow night.
