Default A Little dyno work today

Well, Today was a long and hot day to say the least. We started off with some LT1 action this am. We did tech member's 95sscamaro's ride. Car was tuned via another tuner and had a few hick-ups in it. After some tweaking and tuning she was a much happier car to drive. I'm sure Cory will chime in too. Here's the graph from the hot day in the shop.

Whats happening up top at about 5700 rpm?

Looks like a stout LT1.

We were running into what I think are some ground issues in the car, had the map sensor values moving around. But none the less was much happier driving and making power thoughout the pull .

Default DriftHappy's 240SX LS1 swap !!!

After a slow start to the afternoon and many little road blocks to deal with along the way, we finnally got Marco Tellez's 240sx LS1 swap ( AKA DriftHappy on here ) fired up and making noise. Basic run down, 98 LS1, cam, custom headers and a few other updates. We were going for a very soft tune to help keep it alive in the hard and crazy drifting conditions. Different headers and an LS6 to come into play in the near future also. After a few months being down for the swap, it's almost ready for the track again.

I showed the graph to the engine builder and he said it could be a little valve float.

I have very happy with the job that Dennis did on the tune, the overall drivability of the car is great. He is a real standup guy, I would recommend Dennis to anybody that needs a tune.

It is good to see Jim Smith is still tweaking LT1's out that way and doing good. Tell him I said hi when you see him next.
