I autox with martin sports car club. They hold a majority of their events at The Lake County Tech center in Tavares and twice a year they run at the gainesville test track. The two times I was gonna go run at Deland in the past couple of years its been raining like crazy.

I've got SLP Short stick/short shifter, it's just that **** is a good 6inches tall. Still shifts way faster than the stock shifter. When I take the tranny out to get rebuilt this summer I'm gonna cut the stick down a little bit.

Just save up for a 427 and drop in the bastard ... then do exhaust stuff ... of course, you'll have to suffer with a stock-to-near-stock ride for a few years. That's a lot of saving!

Glad to see you got your bird man ... looks nice.
