Damn I forgot all about the idler pulley. I feel retarded now. ****, I have all of my piping already hooked together. Do you think the pulley can be bolted in without removing the piping? Thanks for the help, I about had a heart attack

Did you have to trim the **** out of the alternator bracket to get the idler pulley in there?

no trimming..remove alt from stock mountng bracket. turbo may be in the way or p.s. pulley may be in the way...try removing one or both of those and then ..VIOLA! personaly i removed mine and reinstalled it with out any pipin removal, but it deff. fits just right...as a foot note you may want to fab a brace from the turbo flange to one of the bracket bolts for less weight stress on the header and crossover pipe

Why, are you having any problems? I tried to just toss it up there, but the ear sits right on the piping.

That sucks. Did you have to trim your alternator bracket for it to fit?

My freind was pretty much one of the first people to run this kit

He is running a master power turbo instead of the ebay junk, and upgraded the worth while parts of the kit. Couplers, and t bolt clamps etc waste gate to more qaulity.

Ill call him up right now and have him post in this thread

Yea hes talking about me.

You need to just remove the alternator, and keep the bracket there.

Dont put the idler pulley there, keep the solid pulley that was already there.
