I'm looking for information on this also. Is this required for a turbo setup or is the intank regulator enough? Anyone have nasty's username?

Aeromotive, Magna Fuel. They both are great regulators.

I'm still wondering if it is necessary. Is it required in a turbo setup? I have 60lb injectors with a walbro 340 pump. Sorry to hijack

Required? No. Good idea? Absolutely - you'll be able to push things farther and it will make tuning easier.

Whats the cheapest/easiest way to get this done? Could you use the evap line as the return line so you didn't have to run a new return line?

I always had great success using an Aeromotive 1:1 back in my Chrysler turbo days.

Made idle tuning a lot easier.

I kept my evap line in place. I went with an aeromotive A1000-6 (dual 6AN ins, single 6AN return port). Mine will support about 750rwhp just fine. I kept my stock feed intact, and ran a 6AN return line from it back to the stock T-block toward the back of the car. Tapped into that line and plugged the hole in the T. It wasn't too expensive. I probably have about $800-$900 tied up in the 6AN lines, fittings, regulator and dual pumps. Order your fittings and lines from a big company and use their brand to save yourself some dough.

Don't you think it would have been worth it to switch that and make the feed -6 and the return the stock line?

That's what I did. I used a fuel lab 1:1 regulator, it was recommended to me by Nasty N8. No complaints.

Nah. 6AN and stock feed are basically the same size. Now yes, I could've gone with a 8AN feed and stock feed as return, but that would be more expensive and excessive, as I don't plan on anymore than 750rwhp from this car.

What kind of power are you making as it sits?

IMO a boost ref FPR is a must for any boosted vehicle. Its just the smart thing to do.

Its nice to see the FP gauge increase when throttling the car rather then going backwards.....

I use Aeromotive.
