Default Some number on Incon actuators... can you tell me which PSI they are?

Hey guys... trying to get all the little loose ends figured out before i get this kit in my hands. The guy who currently had it said the following numbers on on the actuators and im trying to figure out what PSI they are. My goal is to run 8psi with a manual boost controller and im hoping these are the 5psi ones... if not i need to find a way to get other ones or a way to make these work.

anarchy99 (guy i bought kit off of) got back with me and said he thinks they are the lower pressure ones

These are the instructions i found http://www.classicgm.com/images/incon/

Am i missing something? I cant fine out where it explains how to actually adjust the wastegate actuators. anarchy99 told me i could adjust them to up the boost (im wanting to run 7-8psi) and i cant find any direction on how to do that.

Use a mityvac and test them. Easy to see the crack pressure.

the rods are threaded. Shorten them up to add preload and raise the boost pressure.

"stock" was half a hole preload and that gave about 5 psi on a stock cube motor.
