Opinions- what options are important to you in a turbo kit ?
trying to see what it is people want when doing a turbo kit for Ls1 F-bodies. So, im curious to do a poll of the #1 or 2 reason for going turbo and what accesories are important ?
complete kit with all nuts and bolts ?
tubular manifold setup ?
ac compatibility?
ease of installation ? ( obviously F bodies arent that easy to install) !
front sway bar ?
please leave your opinions. I always figured, turbo ls1 guys are in it for all out, all race, all power. not the " mimsy bimbsy i want my ac " stuff.

Gotta have my AC where I live in AZ, its not uncommon for us to see 127 degree temps... even higher... Of course, I wouldnt be driving my car in weather that hot, my car is a dd, so most of the year it is driven, spring here sits in the hundred degree range a lot. So no questions asked...

I think ease of maintenence should be on the list also. One thing that will make me hate a setup is if simple task like changing spark plugs is a two hour job b/c you have to tear eveything apart to get access ...

Requirements for me are:
Reliability, ALL accessories, intercooled, front sway bar.
I've been looking at a few kits recently, and think that it would be cool if someone were to manufacture a "swap-specific" a/c condenser that could be stood up in the core support without cutting the support (I know...not much room there) with their kit....as well as offering CLEAN custom mounts for the Griffin-style radiator. As it is now, I'm probably going to have a condenser custom made and might be the one to make it available here...we'll see how that goes. Oh.....and a Trunk Monkey to install all of the stuff would be good too.....include it in the kit.
Just some thoughts to consider.
