Default racetronix hotwire kit???

can someone please explain to me what exactly it does and how it works. from what i understand you cant run any aftermarket fuel pump on stock wiring. why wouldnt you be able to run your stock wiring to a relay then to your pump? thanks!!!

bigger wire less resistance more voltage/amps to your pump when the pump starts to demand power to run at full speed the stock wires can only flow so much power so a direct feed wire from the altenator lets the pump run at full speed and not run out of juice

i think the way its set up is it hotwires your fuel pump once the car is on and running that pump is pumping thier hotwire kits isnt to far out in price where there is a need to do it yourself but yeah that would work

if you have a stock pump dont do it you will be replacing it very quickly too only do it if you have and aftermarket pump

Hey fella! I'm a pround LT1 owner with a twin intercooled blown z28. I recently intstalled the ractronix intank pump and WIRING HARNESS. It was easy, great instructions, step by step, EXTREMELY nice setup. you will not be disapointed. I even has inline fuse blocks!! Good luck

You could easily make a relay and just have it triggered by the original fuel pump wire. But the racetronix isnt really that expensive and its less hassle.

The racetronix is a nice setup and plug and play. Easy instructions and everything is real simple. Pop for the upgraded ground too! I have no problems keeping fuel pressure with my setup.
