New best with the D1SC today
Havent ran the car in a while so I thought I'd hit a local 1/8 mile track. Some cool weather moved in, still 1500' DA though, track is 1800' elevation. With I could have made the shootout, some killer air in Memphis but thats racing..
This was also on 275 Hoosier drag radials, seen about 16.5psi @ 6800rpm, shifted the 1-2 at 6600 and 2-3 at 6800, 3380lbs on the scales with me in it. Off the trailer it ran a 5.87/119, then added a little too much air in the tires and spun bad, took out a little and spun a little, took out a little more and ran 5.81, 5.80 and 5.81 @ 121 back to back (1.29-1.30 60 foot) so I called t a day.
1/4 mile lower elevation results soon hopefully.

Na, its 3380 with me in it. I have power steering, power brakes, stock hood, heavy carpet, rear bumper support, radio, door bars are still in the doors, 10pt cage with extra bars, wheels arent light, not one piece of metal has been cut out and I'm 230 lbs. Seems light compared to the all the 4000lb cars around I guess..
