Default Spark Plug/Oil for my setup?

Hey Guys,

I need a little help/advice on what plugs and oil to run in my car. I am going to try to fire the car up for the first time this Wednesday.

Specs:

-.010 over-bore LS1
-Mahle pistons w/ valve reliefs
-Crower Rods
-Stock cc 317 heads
-Compression around 9.2-9.5 best i can tell
-Bullseye S480 Turbo
-6.0 manifold setup
-A2w intercooler setup
-4" DP
-Fast XFi

Thanks for any advice/tips!

I have the same rod's, pistons, heads, and compression as you do. I used regular $1.50/qt castrol 10-30 to break the engine in, gave it 3 oil/filter changes in the first 300 miles and a dyno tune and then went back to M1 5-30 synthetic oil. Spark plugs I'm useing NGK's TR6 at 11 #'s of boost, 17 deg of timing and max A/F ratio of 11.5. When I pull them they are on the dark grey (a little rich) side.

I was planning on at least 15#'s of boost though. Thanks for the heads up on the oil!
