Default lm7 vs l33 for boost

Ok every one I'm ready to buy my 5.3 engine. Now I will be using an ls6 intake MANIFOLD, z06 cam, and custom turbo manifolds with a mp t70 turbo with 96 ar. Now o know the l33 comes with z06 heads but its 1100 for one with 56k. Now if I went with the lm7 I would be doing the 317 heads wich is 500 bucks for one with 75k and the heads are about 150. I will also be doing arp head studs and rod bolts. I'm shooting for 600 whp so what would make a better combo for turbo lm7 with 317 heads or the l33 that comes with z06 heads.

Lm7 with 317's would be your best bet. the L33 is a 10:1 engine, but it does work well with good fuel. We have made 681 to the tires with an L33 at 19psi through 35" tires a 14 bolt and a 80e.

Thats good to know. I'm building a L33 with the usual 02 LS6 intake, cam, LS2 manifolds, MPT76 .96 ar on E85 through a 4l80 in my 78 Camaro. What stall? Other details?

a stall is one of the hardest things to get right for a turbo car, your going to have to shell out some cash for a good one. i wouldnt go off the shelf for a turbo set up.

if i was you i'd add ARP rod bolts to your list.

600-650 is easily attainable

your

05 5.3
ARP rod bolts
317's
ls6 cam/intake/springs
60's for gas and 80's for E85
flipped truck manifolds
