turbo suggestions please thanks guys

lt1 396 stroker splayed lt1 afr 210cc comp port #1101 victor efi port matched to heads 1206 gasket elbow with 90mm tb je custom -31cc pistons lunati 5.85 forged rods and callies forged crank pro turbo kit just a dump pipe no exhaust 160 lb. Injectors running e85 fuel and a FAST ecu through th400 3800 stall converter bolt 3.73 gears 28" race weight with driver 3400 lbs and 1.6 roller rocker I want max effort 20-25 lbs boost high hp trailered drag car cam spec options (244/247 .664/.664 115) or (242/244 .627/.634 115) or (258/252 .688/.680 115)

how does this turbo sound ?


Specs:
T78 compressor wheel
Ball Bearing / Water cooled
Polished compressor
F1-68 turbine wheel
1.15 T4 Divided tubine housing
3.5 V band added per Turbonetics
Turbo is good for around 1150-1200hp

With a 396 stroker that is a small turbo. Personally I would look at something like a pt88 for those cubes.

IMO, any t4 frame is going to have excessive back pressure on a 396

I did get ahold of jose (forced inductions) well my proturbo kit is a t4 so he suggested the PT88 or the GT88 I know I need a large ar maybe at least 1.15 but not sure waiting on his input he has great prices and warranties too I'm trying to figure what's best out of these two

With a PT88 or a GT88 you are limited to a .96A/R, but that is all you will need. The 1.15A/R he was talking about was most likely for the smaller turbos to bring up turbine side flow vs PR. With the 88's you have a big turbine wheel so the .96A/R is plenty.

I have the pro turbo kit so what if I purchased a t4 to t6 flange converter would that work to open turbo options and be worth it or is the 88 t4 plenty?
