Default Procharger upgrade help

I took an M1 Procharger that I had on a boat I used to own and made my own brackets, tensioner, etc to mount it on my LS2 in my '71 Camaro. I'm getting 5psi of boost and of course want more. My crank pulley is 8" diameter and the blower pulley is 4". I've done the math and without going over the maximum impeller speed I can put a 3.5" pulley on the charger. Thing is I'm having trouble finding one. I've found listings for other prochargers, but not the M1.
My second question is, what other procharger uses the same mounting bolt pattern as the M1 so I can consider that as an upgrade?

Is the pulley centered or does it have an offset to it? Nice looking split bumper Camaro, it looks like you did a great job with it! Bob

Do you see that elbow right off the outlet of the blower as a huge restriction?

The pulley is on the centerline of the charger body, from left to right, but is offset lower. It is the oil fed version.(not self contained)

The elbow is unfortunate, but is a full 3" 90deg elbow. It does look small in the picture though.

The M1 is pretty much the exact same blower as the P600b. It's just the marine version. ProCharger makes 2.65", 2.75", 2.85", 2.95", 3.05", 3.15", 3.25", 3.35", 3.45", 3.55", 3.75", and 3.85" 8-rib pulleys for the M1 and P600b.

So if I source a pulley for a p600b then I'm good to go? Any chance of part numbers on those? maybe a link?

There are no upgrades for the impeller. The part numbers for the pulleys are DPxxxI-008 xxx being the size. For example, DP265I-008. This only works for the M1 and P600b. P1SC and D1SC pulleys end with -06D or -08D.

I didn't mention the P1200B because they're fairly rare anymore and ProCharger won't build them anymore, but if you could find one, yes, that would work.

I second that concern. Get a good 90 degree connector

It's really hard to tell from the pictures what clearance issues he has, but my first thought was why didn't he clock the outlet downward to avoid the shart bend.

I couldn't clock the charger any further down as it hits the inner fender. I'll take some detailed pics tomorrow and post them.

I found some specs on my charger. looks the same as the p600b however the maximum impeller speed is 50,000 on the m1 compared to 60,000 on the p600b. all other specs are the same, including step-up. I am using a 8" drive pulley. what compressor pulley should i get?

First of all, how are you measuring your pulleys? Across the face of the pulley doesn't give you the correct dimensions. The pulleys are measured on the top of the ribs where the belt rides, not the shoulders. Once you figure out the correct diameters, you can figure on about 1 psi per 0.10". For example, if you have a 4" pulley and want 5 more psi, you would go down to a 3.5" pulley. One thing you can do to get more boost without changing pulleys, would be to get rid of that POS air filter. (No offense)

Thanks for the help KS... Ok, I ordered a 3.35" Pulley today as suggested after finding out that my m1 pulley is 3.55" and that my drive pulley is 7.65". I will take another look at my air filter and see if I can improve things there.
