Question Pinning front of crank?

Was about to pin the front of my balancer/crank, however it doesn't appear that there is enough room for the drill? The bit alone barely has enough clearance. Only thing I could think of is getting a angle driver, however I don't expect that to give me enough leverage. Anyone chime in who's installed one this way?

*Plenty of write ups on pinning the ATI balancer, but this is for the 6-rib setup, not the 8-rib where you pin it at the side.

To me it looks like you would have to remove the radiator to have enough room? I'll look at it again later tonight.

We use a 90* drill on the cars that we can not get a regular drill in. Takes a little extra time, but it will get you there.

Hope this helps-

You didnt say you still had all the parts in the car. Had front end noise out of the car. I still wouldnt want to do it with the 90 deg drill. That **** is hard to drill.

yeah, I used a $29.99 right angle 3/8" drill. I was surprised how fast the bit did it's job.
