Default Turbo street cars, what point did you need to upgrade rear sway bar?

How much power are you pushing, what tranny, few major details of setup, and all your most immediate thoughts on it.

im curious to see the differences in how your power application affected the car, specifically the twist as stuff changed (speed gear etc). at what point, what happened, what first got you thinkin you needed a stiffer rear sway to help control the rearend? what change did you make and what do you think about it now?

Drag bar was the most noticeable suspension change that I made.

If your car didn't twist, it would leave harder. Not saying that's a weak launch. Just that it can still be better and more consistent.

I have the Spohn one. Bolted it in at the house and took it to a buddy to weld up. All of us run this style. I think that Joe and Steve have the equivalent BMR.

Did mine before the turbo, it was a 6 speed and 5k clutch dump launches made it leave all crazy. Best money I could have spent, I have the Wolfe & never regretted it.

Thats one of my biggest concerns, the roads around my house suck. I live in an older part of town and theyve just been repairing the roads around here for years so theyre pretty rough

i do also like autocross'ing the car sometimes and running The Mile so I dont think a solid bar would be right for me, but upgrading both front and rear seams like a good idea.

if is not drag specific i wouldnt bother with a drag type bar, for autocross obviously you do want to uprade away from stock f/r anyways.. and that would most likely get the job done for you on the occasional drag pass.

i am a happy trz owner btw.

I've driven cars with the bars that are fully welded on all four corners, my buddy broke a weld on one driving into a store parking lot that had a very slight incline. I don't care for them for a real street car.
