Default 67mm Turbo

I have a 67mm Turbo with a .96a/r that is part of my rear mount set-up. Im building the motor now. It will be a 355 9.0 compression with good heads and intake. I have not picked out a camshaft yet because i have not figured out if im going to use this turbo. What kinda boost will this turbo produce and be reliable. i also wounder what size pipe some rear mounts are running when they upgrade the pipes. I have 2 pipe that came with the sts kit, i wanted to upgrade the pipes while i upgraded everything else. Can i run a 2.5 pipe to a 3in intercooler and 3 out to the intake? or will this cause to much of a drop in boost? Will this cause any lag? thanks

the gt67 turbo with the .96 a/r is good to 620-640 rwhp rear mounted.

Well with the right cam and a safe amount of boost as much power as the heads and turbo will allow me to. its not a street car and it will only have a alternator. I dont know what size pipe i should go with to the new front mount intercooler im going to be adding.

So what size pipe are you and your buddy running to and out of the intercooler? My stock sts kit had 2'' and with all the upgrades to motor to handle more boost im assuming a bigger diameter pipe will halp get more air to the intercooler and engine. I dont want to pick to big and cause alot of lag on the bottom end, but power is my main focus.

I'm no expert, but I believe it should be a little larger than the inside diameter of the turbo outlet, my turbo has a 2.25" outlet, so I used 2.5".

The Size of the piping itself isnt that major but going off of other turbo cars i have had make sure all your piping is the same size even a 1/4" defference will hurt the flow alot. Again I know nothing about lt-ls turbo cars but know a good amount about turbo cars.
