Default Tried to put it on Kill (vid)

Tried to put it on kill to for last race of the track for this year, guess I found the limit of my suspension / slicks. 40 degree track temp and 720 rwhp with a 6 speed don't work so well always next year. I was trying to go low 10's or bust hah!

Here is a new angle on the GoPro I was trying

Thank you! I only ran it to the 1/8th and it spun the entire track in 3rd too just didn't go sideways. Not sure what it ran I will have to find the slip, 90-92 mph 1/8th is all i can remember. I run a KYTP TC76mm truck manifold setup, but I swapped out the TC76 for a PT76GTS. This winter I will do suspension mods since I'm on stock slp bilsteins, lower springs and stock LCA's. But I do have MWC fab 9" setup.

Nope I just had to ditch the a/c and use pusher fans. Here is another thread with pics https://ls1tech.com/forums/10-second...-turbo-ss.html. Best of the year was 10.64 @ 133, frustrating because it only had 3-5 degrees of timing in it on that pass. I can't complain at all though 3700lb with me in it, no skinnies up front (275/40-17 ZR1s), 11:1 130,000 mile stock bottom end I daily drove this spring / summer currently am. The car still runs and I put 5000 hard boosted miles on it this year!

Damn that sounded sick, I'm glad you aren't one of those guys that just trys to stay in it. There was no chance of you hooking, I thought when you told me in the text you sent that it spun that it spun a little and you actually ran it out in 3rd, lol I didn't know it spun like that in 3rd!

It's time for some relocation brackets and lca's and good shocks for you bro. Maybe you should throw that extra pump in over the winter and bring it out to the East Coast and run some 9's at sea level

The track just wasn't there at all, all street cars with regular tires ruined the prep. In the 1st video I posted you can hear the tires just screaming when I hit 3rd gear. I think I'd build a more dedicated drag car than put a 3 speed auto in it. If I grenade the T-56 I do have a 4L80e I might put in. Like I said though I was going all out, I usually launch at 5000 rpm but I set the 2 step to 5600 rpm and launched on 13lbs of boost, it never stood a chance but I was sure hoping!

26x11.5-15 M&H Cheater Slicks on 15x10 Racestars. I usually don't have any tractions issues but the track was just not there. They shut the races down early because it was too slick / cold.
