Default adding e85 to pump anybody doing it?

im wondering if any one has messed with this and could give a opinion.just found a station 16miles from my house and was thinking of running 2-4 gallons mixed in with premium on a full tank.mainly im wondering if it would give me enough detonation resistance to hold me over till i get meth, and i do know it will run leaner. this is not for day to day use only for late night fun every couple of weeks so by next time it would be diluted.id just add race gas but $13 a gallons steep as hell.just looking for some added safety for the short term.
thanks

Are you going to run two tunes? Why not run it all the time and forget meth?

The closest station is 16 miles away, unfortunately its not a viable option at the moment. I would be adding the 2 to 4 gallons to my gas tank when I fill up.tunes not going to be an issue I can take fueling out if need be or add.my concern is messing with the e85 gonna be worth it for safety
