Maggie MP112,
I have a good friend that has a 05 GTO (ls2) with a maggie mp112 supercharger on it and he is looking to step it up the tvs2300 i think.......
Regardless, he is looking to sell it and he offered it to me. But is this the same blower that can fit the fbody's will the notched cowl and dropped kmember.
I can't seem to find a definitie answer anywhere and I really would like buy it just to hold onto while I rebuild my motor.
Any help woujld be greatly appreciated
This would be going in my 2000 camaro in my signature if possible

I recieved an email from magnuson just verifying the belt alignment would work and that the GTO kit is centered on the manifold as compared to the corvette where it sits more forward which would allow for more cowl clearance

This is what I was told
"An MP112 system for a LS2 GTO would, in theory, be able to be bolted onto a LS1 Camaro engine. The GTO does use the older Camaro belt line, so the pulleys should line up. The problems I see would be hood/cowl clearance. There is a company called MTI Racing and they use modified version of our LS1 Corvette and have developed a Camaro system, but this system still requires some cowl modifications. However, the GTO supercharger placement is pretty far back on the lid when compared to our older LS1 Corvette system, so the cowl clearance would be even worse with the GTO system. At that point I have no idea what the hood clearance would be like with a GTO system in place, so you may have to modify your hood as well, I’m not sure"
