Is the billet a 76 or 75 ? I thought when I placed my order it was a 7675?

Tough question, haha. The billet unit measures out on the compressor inducer to 75.xx and change on both that and the cast 76mm wheel. I think they call the billet 75 to distinguish it from the cast wheel! It is known as both, I have heard it both ways!
