Default Fabbing lsx transplant procharger intake piping: F2/A2W/Super Vic

I'm at a crossroad at the moment. Can't decide what will be easier to do for the intake piping. See pics with different volute discharge directions....Gonna use 4" aluminum. What are yall's thoughts....

I think youre going to need some bigger front brakes and I think it would look fine if you ran the blower like in the top pic, turned off the blower towards the front of the truck just far enough to leave space to bring the return side back between the discharge side and the elbow, and 90 into the TB. hard to describe though... but ya. Do that. nice set up.

was thinking the same. Pipe from blower to outside w2a intlet and from TB to inside w2a outlet.

Either way, looks sweet. Good Luck.

If you wanted to keep the TB facing forward just come out of the blower with a 45 angled forward and down enough to clear the pipe going into the TB. So the blower discharge will go under the pipe to the TB, and then 45 back up to the far port on the IC. Keep both pipes in line, one on top of the other it would probably look pretty good.

Just started messing around with it and ended up with this. There was no room to stack the 4" tubing on top and one on bottom. Turned out good though I think....just need to weld it up.

Its getting 2 big red's, but they will be in the post I/C pipe. I didn't feel comfortable hanging the weight of 2 BOV's on that longer pipe.

Looks really good. I'm curious why you decided to keep the throttlebody facing forward instead of turning it 90 degrees. Seems like you could have cut 3 bends out of the pipe as well as a good bit of extra length.

Turning the elbow 90 degrees simply will not work as the inside edge of the tb would be even with the i/c outlet. In other words there would be no way to get a bend radius that tight especially with a 4" pipe.

Thanks for the comments guys. It's getting close.
