Very nice! Only 1000rwhp? lol Something tells me it will be more than that. At any rate, great job! I'll keep watching!

Very nice build! Great parts selection and some super nice fabrication going on there. One day my tig welds will all look like that, lol. In the mean time I will just keep practicing and looking at threads like this for inspiration and something to work towards, lol.

It may have been mentioned, but what sized turbines do those turbos have?

As for the intercooler, I like to keep the option to run pump gas and turn down the boost available, so for me at least I chose to do an intercooler along with the E85.

The turbos are TC76's with the 68mm turbine and .96ar.

3.5" downpipes

Blocks are 4.125 bore standard. So bigger than stock.

I try to do one pass on everything. This was one pass. Mulitple passes just put more heat into the metal making it more brittle. Why you asking? Know something I dont? Still learning everyday.

I have no idea on spool time , I am guessing 3000 they will be fully spooled. This is my first time playing with FI. LS1NOVA could probably answer your question better.

It may be the angle of the picture but it looks like the pipe side has some undercut all the way around. Not judging, just inquiring.
