Default Urethane vs solid engine mounts?

This is a little way past due, but I'm building a 71 Nova with a LS402, th400 with brake, 9" and a F1A. I'm told it should be around the 750-800rwhp. Mostly a cruiser, but it will see the track on occasion. Will urethane engine mounts do the job or should I go solid. My brain says solid, but the old cruiser in me says urethane. I don't know why I didn't bring this to attention LONG ago. Opinions and lessons learned please.

Thanks
Allen

I'm running solid mounts with a 224 cam on a 112 and I really couldn't notice a difference when I went from rubber to solid.

Thank you both for the input. I'm not liking this. I just had a guy tell me he'd run a front plate. I really don't want to have to go back and re-do all the acc.(alt., p/s, vintage air and the blower).

Mine's been bolted solid for years. You'd be really surprised, it is nowhere near as bad as you'd think it could be.
In fact, it isnt bad at all.

Mine's a conversion, but I just made mounts to bolt to the normal locations on the side of the block and replace anything that may have been rubber.

Not too bad. It should be tolerable.

For whatever reason, solid mounts are not bad at all with these LS base engines. I was so sure that it was going to be so intolerable that I also bought some poly so that I could swap them out right away. Well, the polys are still sitting on the shelves.
