Default Would you rather: relocate battery or cooling fans?

Gauging interest to see what more people would prefer. If you had to relocate one or the other to make room to mount a turbo, would you rather:

A.) place turbo in battery location and relocate battery to the rear?

Or

B.) place turbo in front and center of engine and remove factory cooling fans to replace with a pair of pushers?

Thanks!

Definitely relocate battery. If this is an ac kit the pusher fans won't work. And you will probably lose the washer tank.

My turbo is in the battery location. Relocating the battery was not difficult, but I did use the Tick Performance battery relocation kit, which was well documented and had all the right ends and cable lengths, etc.

Loving my AC on these 95* days

I would love an a/c kit that put the turbo in the battery location and kept stock K, radiator, condenser, and fans! I know I'm asking a hefty task though hahah

What about using a thinner fan like a Flex-a-lite or Spal or something?

pushers dont work when you block the airflow with other things...
do it right and relocate the battery...its a cheaper and much easier solution.

Well not necessarily. Putting the turbo in this location while retaining all of the factory components is MUCH tighter from a fabrication point. Putting the battery in the back is easy but routing the piping requires a lot more work.

Seems like most in the battery area. With that, a very important question for those now. Please answer this:

If putting the turbo in the battery area and retaining factory fans, would you be okay with trimming out some of the metal area under where the overflow tank currently is for more space to run the piping to the turbo if a template was included with the kit? Or no way you would want to cut or trim this area?
*For those that haven't seen this area before, there is currently a hole under the battery where the overflow tank sits down it. We would provide a template to expand the size of this hole to make routing the piping to the turbo easier with more space and a nicer transition.

Turbo mounted in battery location. Getting out the torch and cutting **** up sounds like a fun idea to me. It will prob come down to the customer that either has the tools or doesn't to do it. It seems more so these days that people want a (bolt on) kit that you only need a few simple hand tools to install. Not everyone has fab skills like some do.
