Default How big fuel lines for 700 whp E85?

As topic, how big fuellines do I need for a turbo 5.3 lm on E85 do I need?

Im think about an8 as feed line and an6 for return, would that be enough?

Yes, that will be sufficient.

rule of thumb is generally E85 flows or requires 30% more fuel to make equivalent power as on pump.
i would recommend -10 for supply and -8 for return... make sure pump is large enough and clean injectors and rebuild pump annually..

I would strongly disagree with this. I have 6-700whp 1300cc turbo motorcycles using -6 feed and return on E85. -8 is plenty to do the job anything less then 1100hp.

you can make over 700rwhp on e85 with the stock rails AND lines in a fbody. Been done countless times. But yes a -8 would be MORE then sufficient to get to your power goals depending on your injectors.

Yeah -8 and -6 if u do anything. What pumps? I'd recommend the dual walbro 340s, if u want room to grow.

Thanks guys sounds great first I thought about dual aem 320 in tank. But the car will be used also for drift and track so I'm thinking about a walbro 450 in tank (maybe a aem 320 would be enough?) to a surge tank and then two external pumps from surge to fuelrail. No idea if its best choice to use twins or one big single like a magnafuel 4301.

8 feed, Y to -6 for the rails, and -6 is exactly what I have. You'll be perfectly fine.

Tends to happen here quite easy.

A lot of guys are running 1000whp set ups with a -8 feed. Should be more than enough.

Would e85 and e98 require different fuel systems, or are they one in the same?

Just use the schraeder valve port as the return? I'm interested in this!

my experience would be -10 feed, -8 return. think of doing it once and not multiple times when you want to go bigger.

get the holley dominator 12-1800. ultra quiet, and did not run out of pump at 801 rwhp with 1000 cc injectors (ran out of injector to make more power).

I run -10 feed & -10 return. I also run the holley dominator 12-1800 pump, you can't even hear it over the exhaust its so quiet.

How do you wire them up? So they flow all the time? From what I can read they sounds great.

this was my point, nobody ever seems to leave anything alone so why not do it once that will support whatever future mods, buy it once, install it once, take all doubt out once....

to each its own

wire them up together and run them all the time (use a 40 amp relay from casper electronics) and they give you directions how to wire them (holley does)
