My mustang street car I built this year...
#261
I got invited down last fall, but my work schedule wouldn't allow me to go. I am going to do more traveling this year, hopefully can lock in something with their small tire cars. I'll be running a 29.5x10.5 this year, not the W anymore.

Good deal man. I've only seen your car run in videos, but I'm sure I'll get a good look at it first hand at several of the SCT events this year. I bet with your setup, you'll be all those small tire guys can handle. Seeing you race Chuck would be pretty cool; both of you guys being white Fox body Mustangs.

Little update on the car:
Tried running Boosted at small town weekend in El Reno Oklahoma, the city allows the street to be blocked off for legal street racing. He wanted a test hit before he ran me so he ran the lsxwilly's. By the time we did the interview for the film crew for the show and everything, we got cut off right before the race went down. Tried all we could, but they couldn't allow anymore races. I did get a run in with Fr8train(automaticls1 on here) while I was waiting on boosted.

Then did some more street tire racing, ended up winning street legal shootout true radial class averaging in the 9's. New best 60ft on the true radials of a 1.58 also.

Just sent the converter back to PTC, it has been hurt a few weeks(broke stator in the pump and hurt the converter) so the car has been down around 7-8mph on the passes above. Should have that back soon and then to SCT KC in 2 weeks.

Nice hit! Those jersey barriers placed like that scares me. We had an accident at a local shootout... When the car lost control it hit the barrier due to the spaces in between them. Really made a mess.

Years ago at Fontana, a V8 (kinda like LSx *******) swapped Jeep side swiped the wall on the big end at about 130 mph. It moved the jersey barrier about 8 inchs to the left exposing the next barrier. The Jeep hit the next barrier head on. It stopped the Jeep dead in its tracks and ended up killing the driver.

Update:
SCT KC raced Lil Nasty( BBF nitrous fox):

Raced in 1320video's mini cash days in August:
Made a trip out to Colorado for a no prep race, ended up 2nd in small tire and 3rd in big tire.
Doing some concrete testing:
Lastly....can't say details, but watch next season street outlaws to see my car on it.
