Has to be awesome to pop the hood for ppl and see them look for the turbos. Really has to confuse some ppl.
We was at the ice cream cruise car show for a few hours last Saturday, it was quite comical watching people scratching their heads and looking at the car.

I don't have any pics of it, its just two injector holders welded in and fed with 6an line.

just some stock upgraded rockers, the tall covers I prefer the look of, plus allows for a higher point for the evac lines. I haven't had really any oil pushed into the catch can this year since the fittings are moutned so high away from the rockers.
Switched the car to 3.73 gears, but don't have a lot of passes with them yet, car was bogging with the 3.27's too much. With the 29.5 tire it still drives great down the highway.
We strapped the front end down to only 1 3/4 travel, might have to send back the struts to menscer to get tightened up some more.
Also swapped from e98 in the 2nd fuel system to c16 since I'm not using much fuel off the 2nd system. Also still need to dial in the transbrake pulse, only got a few passes with it.
On our local 1/8th track that isn't that great got it to 60ft 1.32 best so far(1.35 on the back tires also), this is still carrying all the lead bars and weight that I run on the street.
Ran the car at our annual mustang body meet, heads up class with $4000 paid to 1st place winner. Ended up losing to the fastest car in the class in a real close race, his 5.40 to my 5.41 at 133 on a very slick track.(this is a street event so only gets very very light spray on it to make it more like street racing). Once the weight comes out and it gets on a good track, 1.2x 60fts should be no problem and some 5.0x-5.2x passes.
Hooked up with another race with beater bomb when he came to KC. I had the track suspension setting on it so dialed the power back, it ended up going down the street just fine with only 1 test hit before hand to make sure it was going to be ok. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hf93...ature=youtu.be

Curious as to real world use here. Why the switch? Was the alk going bad before you used it up? How many gallons is your secondary tank? What psi/rpm does the secondary system join the party? Do you run both systems in harmony or is it a complete switch over meaning 8 injectors at a time or is it an 8-16 progression or even 8-16-8? Trying to get as much info on this as I can, thanks much
Really enjoyed watching this build and still very much looking forward to viewing some max effort track passes
So what happens if you lose a head gasket and water is pushed out the exhaust at high speeds? I hope that it never happens. I just never understood why people put exhaust exits in front of tires.

Fought issues with injectors with the e98 on the 2nd system since it doesn't come on as much, plus I had my friend Tim Reed(7 second twin turbo ls pinto) start helping with the power management tuning on the track and he prefers c16. At this point it was a no brainer to switch, it might cost me an extra 20-30/month to run the c16 vs e98.
With the holley they start blending based on duty cycle, at a couple of lbs of boost I turn off the pump gas injectors completely.

If it pushes oil or coolant out the exhaust it is not going to hit the rear tires, it would shoot it straight out the side beyond the rear tire. This is actually a lot safer than most have dumping before the axle under the car.
So the meth injectors were gunking up? Were you adding a lubricant or no? Ive heard billet atomizers are the only way to fly for injecting straight meth
Curious what rear end is in the car, and any details you want to share about it? I'm guessing 9". Thanks for sharing the details of this impressive car.

We never put the car on methanol, we ran it on e98 on the 2nd system since I put an a2w intercooler on it while building the fuel cells, I just put it all in the trunk at once.

Fully built 8.8 rear

I don't really have many pics of the radiator/lines, it took a lot of research/work to figure all of that out and to make it work properly.

I don't, they are just facing toward the back of the car like normal and go under and to the turbos, not easy for sure, but worth it to me in the end.
