Default Procharging this LQ9

hey guys.

I dont spend much time posting here, just lruking like a creep. I spend alot more time on performancetrucks.net. I asked this question over there, but never really got the answers i was hoping for.

MY toy truck has a lq9 with the following specs

ARP Hex Head Bolt Kit, LS2 & NEW 6.0L Blocks ONLY! 113.95 113.95
GM LS2 Lifter Tray 8.09 32.36
GM LS7 Lifter Kit 139.99 139.99
LS6PortedPump Texas Speed & Performance Ported & Shimmed LS6 Oil

LS2 Timing Chain Lower Sprocket
COMP Cams LSx Rocker Arm Trunion Upgrade

TRuck is currently undergoing a t56 magnum swap, has 4.56 rear gear, and all other sorts of ****

My question is Does anyone think I can run any boost on this setup with its compression? Im not looking to make big power, just add some more and have some fun doing it. Love working on the truck, and would be a fun add on

thoughts and concern are welcome

my rcsb

Those specs would be nasty on nitrous. Lol Why a T-56 and not auto?

Sure you can boost it. Keep the boost low, tune safe and add a meth kit. You can always swap the heads and cam, then start to pulley down the blower later in life. I would swap your ARP bolts for studs first.

Way to copy and paste your specs, including the prices straight from a dealers website.

You post that setup, and then ask about your compression without putting in anywhere in your specs.

Stock pistons?

7 psi with methanol and a good tune I wouldn't expect you to have any problems. Bob

Thats a copy and paste from my iunvocie from Texas speed when I built the motor fyi. Didnt post compression cause all the smart guys will know what compression it is roughly. Is there pistons on the list of parts??

Thanks for the input, I'm trying NOT to swap any parts off the motor at this time, if I get hungry for more down the road thats a great suggestion

Not looking to spray, but thanks for the input. I removed a FLT level 7 from the truck, I never drag race. Went with t56 magnum to have a bit more fun while driving

Thanks alot for your incite. From my understanding most procharger kits run about 6-7 psi out of the box.

Thanks for the advice guys
