I think that's why the Aster bracket uses the LS2 water pump to clear the belt.
The 8.65 pulley mounts to the ATI balancer the same as the 7.65 pulley does.
If I had a SDCE pulley to compare the offset to my pulley I could work something out for the SDCE guys.

The hard part is over, I can make some changes if there's enough interest.

Post #22 has a picture of the back side of the pulley

To use this size crank pulley the LS2 water pump would be a must... If it would even make the clearance needed for the slope of the belt up to the spring tensioner. That's why we have the smaller 7.25" instead of the stocker - 7.65".

The second thing I can see is this pulley doesn't have the lip on the engine side of the pulley. So we either have a different ATI crank pulley??? The stand off nuts might be different as well ???

Hopefully some one will be the guinea pig for us SDCE guys, because I would be interested in this if it were just a water pump and pulley change. Having to spend the $$$ for a new ATI would get pricy.
I think I can help with some of your concerns.

The Procharger 7.6" pulley was made to be used with the Procharger bracket.

Aster bracket uses the very same pulley.

SDCE bracket is a modified Procharger bracket with a spring loaded tensioner.

That should put All 3 using the same belt spacing as each other unless SDCE uses different standoffs then Procharger uses?

Aster used a LS2 water pump to clear the belt "slope" to the belt tensioner.

SDCE used a 7.25" crank pulley to clear the OEM water pump due to the belt "Slope" to the belt tensioner.

Now correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the Aster tensioner up higher on the bracket then the SDCE tensioner is?

Didn't No Juice prove to all of us that the 8.6" pulley will clear everything on a stock Procharger bracket?

Also look at the 1st picture in post #22 which shows the backside of the pulley.
I sent Chris a 7.65" Procharger pulley which he used to make this 8.65" pulley. He also used an ATI balancer to verify that the "male" pilot section on the balancer would fit perfectly to the "Female" pilot section machined on the backside of the pulley.

If you think of anything I may have missed please point it out so we can all figure this out together. Chris and I figured that it would work for everyone. (SDCE brackets requiring a waterpump change) Thanks. Rick

Thanks for the info, Hopefully some one with the SDCE will give this a shot and see how it works.

Here's what we currently have:
http://shop.brutespeed.com/Aster-Aut...er-Bracket.htm
HU Pulley Idler Position
Diameter...... Close....... Center .....Far
3.25............................50.5?...... 51?
3.4...............50.5............ -......... -
3.55 51.0 - 51.5
3.7 51.5? - 52.5?
3.85 - - 52.5
3.9 - - 52.5 4 - 52.5 53?
4.13 - - 53?
4.25 - 53? 53.5?
4.38 - 53.5? 53.5?
4.5 - 53.5? 54?
4.63 - 54? 54?
4.75 - 54? 54.5?
5 - - 55? 5.25 - - 55.5?

Anyone want to take a crack at sizes? I've got a lift and if poeple want to stop over and play with pully sizes and belt sizes, I'm game. I'm in Doylestown, PA, zip 18902.
Let me know.

Thanks for getting the belt lengths underway! Bob

For those of you who have gotten it, please post the blower pulley size and belt length you end up running if you could.

Thanks for the replies. Viewed this at work which blocks many of the photo sharing sites so I didn't see the pictures. Looks like a great product. If you made these two years ago it would be on my car now...

MADE IN THE USA! That's the deal!
My wife and I where eating lunch at our favorite Chinese restaurant talking about things being made in the USA and I got the idea for the fortune cookies.
So I bought a case of them to mail out with my parts.

After all that even the fortune cookies are made in the USA, read the pack!
We laugh and have a good time with it ever time we fill an order.
