The new 85 and 88mm S400 Borg Warner turbos from Forced Inductions are here. Preorders are being taken if you are interested.... Pricing for these units will be 1799 and are available in the V2 cover only. Currently there isn't an ETA on the production units arriving.

Ok. It must be the old 82mm. I have your V2 s480 et-r ho, but my class rules limit me to 82mm so I was looking for the baddest turbo 82mm max.

Can you please give some more detail on which exhaust wheel options are available for these, as I was thinking the S484 maxed out the 96mm exhaust wheel? Thanks

The S484 is based on the regular S400 chassis, these new wheels go with the S410 chassis.

These wheels only need to be ran with the 96mm turbine. You have options for the turbine housing just like the other compressors.... 1.10/ 1.32/ 1.58 in T6 and 1.00/1.10/1.25 in T4

Borg warner has made the 410 V2 Race cover available ala carte now so i can do these new 85 and 88mm wheels on a 400 chassis as well as the 410.... The wheels are specific to this cover.

Question

Ok so 88mm is the size of the compressor wheel while 96mm would be the turbine wheel (this is just an example) which would make it a 88/96 combination am I on the right track here ?

The 88/96 combo means that the exducer is 88mm, and the inducer is 96mm of the TURBINE wheel.

If you are trying to crossover to precision nomenclature... these units would be 8588's. And 8888's.

Any more info on these turbos John? I have an S484 V3 now with a T6 1.32 exhaust that I haven't even run yet. How do these compare to that in power, spool time, size and efficiency?

Can you upgrade a S472 to one of these? It has a T4 1.32 turbine housing and the larger exhaust wheel.
