Cut out a pretty big part of the crash bar to make room for the intercooler

Intercooler mounted, needed to trim a little more off the crash bar but it finally fits

Put some of the charge pipe together, only need one more pipe where the maf would normally sit, need to get an iat in there somewhere as well

I had to put plugs in before I fit the downpipe, plug changes are going to be a bitch
Still need to cut some wires to length, might have to take the downpipe off to even get wires on. Everything is a very tight fit

The wastegate dump pipes and 3inch downpipes leaves just about no room

Broke my arm last Saturday so progress will be pretty slow for the next couple weeks
Was hoping to have it done soon

Got it started last night for the first time in a few months
Only thing left to do is mount the vacuum block and wire in the boost controller

Had a question about the waste gates, can I leave them open where they are or should I run dump tubes out of the bottom of the car?

If you wana melt things leave them open. Lol.
Remember. Theirs hot gases coming out off the wastegates when they open up.
I would dumped them straight down to the bottom of the car

Yeah your definitely going to want dump tubes. The way it is right now will melt stuff in no time. You can either dump it straight down which will be loud, or you can tie them back into your down pipe to keep things clean and quiet.

I've had the dump tubes on already
Just took them off to make the plug wires, real bitch to get them back in

If it ends up being too loud I'll recirculate them, just want to get it tuned and driving to find out what else needs done

Looking really good! Get this baby on the road and tuned and post the results. This makes me want another GTO.

Thanks for the encouragement
Had a few snags yesterday trying to get the fans and radiator hoses to fit around the charge pipe.
Took a lot of cutting and patience but I think it finally fits.
Still need to button up a few small things but it should be done soon.

The quality of the cxracing parts was pretty surprising, nicer than I thought they would be for sure. The customer service wasn't the greatest but after a few shipping mistakes they were able to make everything right

I've had a lot of help in the last week
The arm thing sucks but it's been nice having another person help.

Still trying to figure out where I'm going to mount my vacuum block and how I'm going to mount the boost xontroller inside the car

Hoping to get it tuned next weekend

Everything's done except the last wastegate pipe
Going to get it tuned this Tuesday, hope to have it down the track a few times before the end of the month
